Introduction
Fair Magic Card Match (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is an arcade runner themed around eastern talismans and spirit cards. This policy explains what happens on your device when you play.

Data we collect
Progress is stored only on your device (e.g. via AsyncStorage): scores, spirit coins, equipped sigils and realm boards, oracle-seal achievements, daily ink missions, and settings such as music volume and language. This build has no sign-in; we do not deliberately collect personal identifiers inside the game.
How we use data
Local data runs the experience: saving your path, restoring sigils and realms you unlocked with in-game currency, and remembering preferences. Background music comes from bundled assets; loudness follows your in-app control.
Third parties
Apple App Store and Google Play may process data under their own rules. Tools such as Expo / React Native may log diagnostics in development; release builds follow whatever your published binary is configured to send.
Children
The game is meant for a wide audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. To wipe local progress, use “Clear statistics” in Settings or remove the app.
Changes
We may revise this notice. The “Last updated” line will change when we do. Continuing to play means you accept the updated wording.
