By installing or playing Fair Magic Card Match you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.
Terms of Use
License
We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to enjoy the game on devices you own, subject to the store’s rules (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.).
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service. Do not use the app unlawfully. Spirit coins, scores, and sigils are virtual; they have no cash value except where a platform or law says otherwise.
Updates and availability
Features may change or the app may be retired. The experience is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free play.
Limitation of liability
Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using Fair Magic Card Match. Some regions do not permit certain limits; there, our liability is capped as far as those laws allow.
User content
This version has no sharing of user-made content. If a future update adds social features, extra rules may apply.
Termination
You may stop anytime. We may suspend access for serious breaches of these terms. Clearing data or uninstalling removes local progress unless the OS backs it up.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The “Last updated” date will move when we do. Playing after that means you accept the new wording.
